Quality management has been a key focus for many organisations since the 1980s and Balanced Scorecard since the 1990s. In client projects we have seen that the quality management process has become much more closely integrated into the Balanced Scorecard over the years, indeed the 2GC annual survey shows that over 40% of respondents are now doing this within their organisations.
