Quality Management Resources

Here we have grouped together our research relating to quality management.

Quality Management

Quality management has been a key focus for many organisations since the 1980s and Balanced Scorecard since the 1990s. In client projects we have seen that the quality management process has become much more closely integrated into the Balanced Scorecard over the years, indeed the 2GC annual survey shows that over 40% of respondents are now doing this within their organisations.

Below we have gathered together some of our resources that discuss this topic in more detail.

Research Paper : Enabling Quality Management

Research Paper : The Balanced Scorecard and the Business Excellence Model

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and the Business Excellence Model (BEM) have each been widely adopted in recent years, and are often assumed to address broadly similar issues.
