Service Level Agreements (SLAs) have many things in common with the Balanced Scorecard - both set out to monitor the performance of a project or programme, and are challenging to design. We understand how to design Balanced Scorecards - in this presentation we look at how these ideas can be translated to make the design and implementation of SLAs easier.
