2020 has rather got away from us with projects and the dreaded Covid 19 but we are now pleased to present you with the results from last years annual Balanced Scorecard Usage Survey.
The findings are largely in line with the trends from previous years. Once again the use of balanced scorecard for strategy implementation dominates, and we note an improvement in the frequency of use, most organisations are reporting and reviewing their balanced scorecard at least quarterly - in our experience a good balanced scorecard is a reviewed one!
